1. Go to peacocktv.com in a web browser.

What to do if you can’t connect to Peacock

If you’re having trouble logging into your Peacock account, there are usually only a few potential issues.

• You are using the wrong email address or password. Be sure to use the email address you used to create your Peacock account.
• You are a cable TV customer and you have not linked your account. If you are an Xfinity, Cox, or Spectrum customer, you may need to link your Peacock account to your cable TV account. Go to PeacockTV.com/account and log in to your account. In the link provider section, click on your cable provider and use your cable TV provider credentials to sign in and link your account to your Peacock subscription.

• You forgot your Peacock password. If you can’t remember your password, go to the Peacock login page and click I don’t know my password. Enter your email address and follow the instructions to perform a password reset.
• You forgot your Peacock email address. When in doubt, use the same email address Peacock uses to send you account updates and news about the latest TV shows and movies. You can also check your inbox, deleted mail, and junk mail folders to find Peacock’s welcome email.
